1. First, go into the Discussion Forum or Ask the Doctor Forum.
   
2. Next, click on User CP (Control Panel) in the top left corner.
   
3. A menu will appear on the left and under Settings & Options, click Edit Avatar.
   
4. Next click the circular Use Custom Avatar radial, then you have the option of uploading your picture from a website or from your computer. Enter in the URL to the image from a website, or click the Browse button and upload the image from your computer.
   
   
   
5. Click Save Changes
