• The initial phone evaluation requires half an hour to review your medical history and condition. If you have recent blood work or other pertinent medical tests, please forward these prior to your call.


• The required follow-up phone consultation usually lasts 20 – 30 minutes to discuss your results and modify your plan accordingly.


• Fees:

  Follow-up	$220 for 20 mins.
